By the end of this program you will learn how to activate sustainability in your organization by developing a roadmap for initiatives and sustainability projects.

Weeks 1 & 2

Explore and Establish Sustainability Fundamentals

  • Global context and planetary boundaries.
  • The shift in business paradigm and trends in corporate sustainability.
  • Corporate sustainability standards and regulations.
  • Stakeholders, effects and influence mapping.
  • Circular economy strategies and their application in companies.
  • Carbon footprint measurement and climate action.
Weeks 3 & 4

Setup Sustainability in Business Functions

  • Sustainability design process, step by step.
  • Sustainability in functional areas
  • Standards and tools (CSDR, SASB, TCFD…)
  • Analysis of materiality and double materiality.
  • Sustainability in operations and supply chain.
  • Transfer sustainability to culture.
  • Integration of sustainability in marketing.

Cohort dates: From June 24th untill July 26th

Live sessions happen on Wednesday and Friday

  • Most days provide no more than 1-2 hrs of live sessions
  • You are not required to attend all sessions
  • All sessions are recorded

Optional Office Hours sessions on Fridays

What type of accreditation do your programs have?

Upon completion of the program, we will provide you with a certificate of completion. EADA Business School (Top 25 worldwide) is our academic partner for the endorsement of our methodology and teaching techniques.

Are there financing options?

Our programs can be financed by Fundae and we also provide scholarships (up to 100%) to individual participants with outstanding or special profiles.

Are the programs available for participants outside of Spain?

Yes, our programs are mainly online although some of our hybrid programs have an in person full day workshop you won't like to miss. Explore the key program info to know if this is the case.

How much time is expected to dedicate in a program each week?
  • The amount of time you can expect to spend on program activities largely depends on you and your goals.
  • We recommend dedicating at least 3 hours per week to program lessons and activities; roughly 30 min per day on average. This amount of time will allow you to attend the live lessons most important to you and your goals, while also being able to spend some time on asynchronous activities we offer and connect with others in our community.
  • Keep in mind that your Community Membership gives you an entire year of access to future program cohorts and sessions, the online community, networking opportunities, and more.
Can anyone participate in this program?

Although the program is mostly focused for working professionals, the program is opened to anyone who wants to join. If you're interested, just submit your info through the application forma and we'll be in touch.

How is this course different from traditional universities, microcredential and self-paced learning programs?
