B Lab Europe and Skills4Impact have joined forces to launch a new digital learning initiative that will empower organizations to understand and apply the new B Corp Standards through an engaging, expert-led, and future-ready learning experience.
At a time when sustainability frameworks are evolving and expectations for corporate accountability are higher than ever, this collaboration represents a shared commitment to translate standards into action — equipping businesses with the knowledge, tools, and mindset needed to accelerate the transition towards a more inclusive, regenerative, and future-ready economy.
A shared vision: Bridging purpose and practice
The B Corp Standards are among the most rigorous and globally recognized frameworks for measuring and improving social and environmental performance. To support their implementation, B Lab Europe has partnered with Skills4Impact, a learning experience development firm specialized in sustainability and impact learning design, to co-create a digital learning experience that combines instructional design excellence, responsible AI integration, and deep sustainability expertise.
This collaboration reflects a common belief: that sustainability needs shared languages, frameworks, and capabilities to move from purpose statements to measurable, lasting transformation.
From discovery to practice
The new program — developed under Skills4Impact’s agile learning design methodology — guides learners through a clear progression: Discovery, Understand, Design, Build, and Practice. Each stage combines expert content, interactive formats, and practical applications designed to help users not only learn the new Standards, but also implement them effectively within their organizations.
This methodology ensures a dynamic and engaging learning journey where insights are immediately connected to purpose and action, and participants are empowered to translate sustainability standards into day-to-day decisions and strategies.
